Yield: 5 Dozen

2	c	Diced mix candied fruit
1/2	c	Light raisins
1/2	c	Chopped blanched almonds
1	c	Sifted all purpose flour
1/2	c	Sugar
2	tb	Honey
2	ts	Orange juice
1/2	c	Butter; melted

Dredge fruit, raisins and nuts with flour in mixing bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and add to fruit mixture.

Drop rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten cookie with metal spatula to 1/4 inch thickness.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 8 minutes.

Cool 3 minutes on cookie sheet before removing.
